Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to using our website and services.
Last updated: 29 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of eternityseo.co.uk and to services provided by Eternity SEO. By using this website you agree to these terms. Specific services are also covered by the proposal, quote or agreement you accept, which takes priority if there is any conflict.
Use of this website
The content on this website is for general information only. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is complete or suitable for your circumstances. You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access or introduce malicious code.
Our services
The scope, deliverables, fees and timescales for each service are set out in your proposal or agreement. We will carry out services with reasonable skill and care, using methods that follow search engine guidelines.
Results
Search rankings, traffic and advertising performance depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels or revenue.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely feedback and any access we reasonably need.
- Make sure content and materials you supply do not infringe the rights of others.
- Review and approve work within agreed timeframes.
Fees and payment
Fees are set out in your quote or agreement. Invoices are payable within the terms stated. Advertising spend is paid directly to the advertising platform unless agreed otherwise.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. We may retain rights in our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. Website content and branding on this site belong to Eternity SEO.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or data, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.
Ending services
Notice periods and cancellation terms are set out in your agreement. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
